Procurement: Retrieve estimated time of arrival on purchased orders
Add the estimated time/date of arrival of an order on the procurement page so we can easily inform a customer when he asks bout this.

Add note to ticket that appears in procurement
Sometimes we’d like to hand over information about the purchasing (like that there is already a special bid in place) to the purchasing team. What would be nice is if: create ticket add note note is visible in procurement tab

Procurement: split line item across two different distributors
Example: Product A needs 23 items to be bought. Distributor A only has 15 in stock. I would then like to buy 15 with Distributor A and 8 with distributor B.
