Pricecheck (like pricewatch from Tweakers)
Would be great to get a warning if there is a XX% cheaper option for a product at another supplieer (like Coolblue, Bol etc..).
Automatically apply page breaks (A4)
Automatic page breaks (A4) would save us time manually copying and pasting text and creating new content widgets. The idea would be that if we add a longer text, Salesbuildr would automatically divide that over multiple A4 pages
Special bids via API instead of manual import
Jira: TN-8699 β [Distributor] [API] Special bids via distributor API instead of manual import
Add distributor ARROW ECS
Arrow ECS is next to TD Synnex, Ingram, Copaco, Also, a large distributor. They are using ArrowSphere portal, whick should be connected to Salesbuildr.
External storage location for signed contracts
Currently completed contracts with a size bigger than 5 MB are not safed in Autotask (API Limitation) but there is a link in the opportunity which brings you to a salesbuildr storage location. We have the policy to have all our own documents in our own locations/systems so we would like the option for salesbuildr to write completed contracts to an external location (sharepoint site, ftp server) Preferably with a coherent folder structure (customer/opportunity)

Impersonation of users when updating records in Autotask
All opportunities and quotes synced to Autotask from Salesbuildr, are created by the Salesbuildr Api user in Autotask. Our sales team is growing, and when colleagues have questions, we can't see in Autotask, who created the quote (that is not always the opportunity owner or account manager, but internal or pre-sales). Autotask supports impersonation, so it would be a great feature that we can see who created the opportunity or quote. https://ww15.autotask.net/help/DeveloperHelp/Content/APIs/REST/General_Topics/REST_Security_Auth.htm?Highlight=impersonation
Use AutoTask Service Bundles in quotes
At the moment you can add Services to a quote on a recuring base. AutoTask also provides Service Bundles which adds different services to 1 bundle. We would like to have this feature available in SalesBuildr
Bulk Sent Quotes
Addon to the import functionality to import licenses in bulk and also be able to send them in bulk. After import, they will be in draft status. That is OK, because then a check could be performed or something could be adjusted. But is there also the possibility to select multiple lines to send in BULK? (for example, by creating a checkbox in front where multiple quotes or 'all quotes' can be selected to send them simultaneously). Currently, they have to be opened one by one to be sent. This functionality can ensure that work can be done much more efficiently. Can this be developed, please?

[Autotask] [ConnectWise] Create project from won quote / Activate existing project
What is the problem or wish? When a quote is won in Salesbuildr, the post-sale flow currently supports creating a ticket and optionally a contract. For Autotask and ConnectWise customers who handle project-based work, there is no equivalent option to create or activate a project from the same flow. This is a gap relative to what both PSAs already support natively: Autotask's Won Opportunity Wizard, and ConnectWise's conversion of an opportunity into a project. In Autotask, the standard workflow for project-based sales works as follows: a Proposal Project is created during the quoting phase and linked to the opportunity. When the opportunity is won, the Won Opportunity Wizard converts that Proposal Project into an active client project, assigns tasks, and makes billing items available for project charges. Salesbuildr currently does not expose this step, meaning users either have to fall back to Autotask to complete the handoff, or skip project creation entirely and risk won quotes going unprocessed. In ConnectWise the same gap exists: a won quote can only become a service ticket. MSPs that deliver the work as a ConnectWise project have to rebuild the project, its phases, tickets and budget hours by hand after the deal is won. Who is impacted and how? This affects Autotask and ConnectWise customers who use Salesbuildr for their entire sales flow but do project-based delivery. Two distinct patterns come up across customer requests: MSPs doing larger project work (migrations, network rollouts, infrastructure deployments) where a Proposal Project is prepared during presales and needs to be activated on deal close. MSPs doing smaller scoped work (laptop installs, onboarding jobs) who want to use Autotask projects as a lightweight delivery tracker rather than a ticket. In both cases, the handoff today happens outside Salesbuildr. Sales staff close the deal, then have to go into Autotask or ConnectWise to activate or build the project manually. Thijmen Bosman (Connectworks) specifically flags that this creates a blind spot: won quotes that require follow-up in Autotask can be forgotten after signature, because there is no to-do or delivery tracker left in the sales tool. Eric Knops (Appsys ICT Group) raises a related issue from the presales side: because Salesbuildr has no awareness of existing Proposal Projects on an opportunity, sales staff cannot link a quote to one, which breaks the presales time-logging workflow and cost visibility they rely on. There is also a flow-level issue: quotes containing service or labor items cannot be closed in Salesbuildr today if project creation is needed, because the post-sale step-through only covers ticket and contract. These quotes get stuck open and require manual handling in Autotask to close the opportunity. What should happen? The Won Quote / Won Opportunity flow in Salesbuildr should be extended with a project creation step alongside
Add discount percentage
We are missing the option to have discounts calculated automatically by Salesbuildr (SB). Currently, we have to calculate the discount percentage manually, which is cumbersome. It would be ideal if we could enter a percentage into the discount field, after which SB automatically applies the calculation to the total amount. This field is currently greyed out and uneditable, forcing us to calculate the discount ourselves. It would save a lot of time if SB could automate this process.
Quote filter: post-sale ticket created yes/no (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA)
Add a filter option in the quote overview to see approved quotes without a created post-sale ticket (and the inverse). Applies to all PSAs: Autotask tickets, ConnectWise service tickets and HaloPSA sales orders.
Procurement: toggle dropshipment off by default
Add "default dropshipment" on or off button
Add quote lines to an existing PSA ticket instead of always creating a new one (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA)
The problem: when a quote is won and you click Create ticket, Salesbuildr always creates a new record in your PSA: a new Autotask ticket, a new ConnectWise service ticket, or a Halo sales order attached to the opportunity ticket. If the request originally came in as a support ticket, you end up with two tickets for the same job: the original with all history, notes and time entries, and a new one holding the charges. Reconciling them is manual work. What is planned: at Create ticket you choose between Create new (the default, today's behaviour) and Use existing. The existing list shows open tickets of the same company, with ticket number, title, status, queue or board and last activity, searchable by number or title. Autotask: the selected product lines, shipping, the internal note and the quote link are added to the chosen ticket. Only tickets linked to the opportunity are offered. ConnectWise: the selected opportunity products are converted onto the chosen service ticket and the internal note is added. Only tickets linked to the opportunity are offered. HaloPSA: the sales order is attached to the chosen ticket instead of the opportunity ticket. Open tickets of the same client are offered, excluding opportunity and quotation ticket types. In all three cases the existing ticket's title, description, status, queue, priority and contacts are never changed. Completed or closed tickets cannot be selected, and the destination cannot be changed after the ticket has been created. Autotask is verified first, then ConnectWise and HaloPSA. Workaround today: create the new ticket and merge it into the original in your PSA, or (HaloPSA) convert the support ticket into an opportunity ticket before winning the quote. The request "add items to existing ticket" (June 2026) was merged into this post. Earlier requests from IT Synergy, Belton and Unitec on the same topic live under "Convert approved quotes into Autotask tickets, projects and contracts".
Add attachments to an opportunity
It would be great if we can add attachments to an opportunity. For instance with Cisco orders we always have to ask for a quote from our distributor. They send us a quote in Excel format which we have to add to the opportunity in Autotask for our internal purchase department. If we are able to upload it directly in salesbuilder, we don't have to use Autotask anymore in this proces.
Automatic application of chosen quotation language in e-mail template
When we choose the English quote template when creating a quote, can Salesbuildr then also automatically choose the English e-mail template? So that this is really automatic without manual setting by the person sending out the quote?
Public API: set line descriptions on quote create, and read and manage product add-ons
Two Public API gaps mean quotes and catalogs built from an external system still need manual work in Salesbuildr afterwards: 1. Line descriptions on quote create. When a quote is created through /public-api/quote, every line takes its name and descriptions from the catalog product. The line payload only accepts price fields (originalPrice, cost, price, markup, term), so quote-specific line text has to be edited by hand in the app. 2. Product add-ons. The product endpoints don't show or change a product's add-ons. You can't see which add-ons are linked, link or unlink one, or set its type (required or optional) and the "Add to quote" flag. With hundreds of products whose add-on mappings change regularly, keeping them right by hand isn't feasible. What would help: β’ Optional per-line name and description fields on quote create that override the catalog text for that line only. β’ Add-ons on the product responses, plus a way to add, update and remove a product's add-ons (including "Add to quote") on the single and batch product endpoints, by id or external identifier. This post combines two earlier requests: "Public API: set a custom description per quote line when creating a quote" and "Public API: Read and manage product add-ons, including the 'Add to quote' flag". Their votes and comments are merged in here.
Custom Fields for Halo PSA Mapping
We need custom fields in SalesBuildr to map them over from HaloPSA for a variety of workflows.

Quote versioning
It would be great is it was possible to have a version history in quotes that we can return to if needed. We now have to make a copy of a quote if we might need te first version of a quote we made.
When adding products show list of selected items and edit quantity
Jira: TN-8707 β [Quote] [Product] Show selected items list and edit quantity when adding products
Product purchase history per customer
Product history is a product list of items the customer has purchased from us. This list should be visible in the Salesbuildr customer card. Currently, our sales team has to check this in Autotask, making the workflow slower. Having it in Salesbuildr would speed things up considerably and provide a better overview.
Archive options for quotes
We would like to see an option to archive draft, expired and approved quotes. Archived quotes should no longer be available to the customer online. Jira: TN-2998
Distributor price updates should reach services in the PSA, like they already do for products (KPN/RoutIT, Pax8 etc.)
Products in Salesbuildr already pick up price changes from the distributor feed and pass them on. Services don't. When a distributor β KPN, RoutIT, Pax8, Ingram Micro β changes pricing, for example a yearly indexation, the new cost and price land in Salesbuildr but the service in the PSA keeps the old amount. It has to be retyped by hand there, and until someone does, quotes go out at last year's prices. The ask: let a distributor price change update the linked service in the PSA too. The exact feed amounts rather than a percentage, with a screen to approve the changes in bulk before anything is written. A setting you switch on yourself, off by default, since some MSPs set their own sell price and don't want it overwritten. Existing contracts keep their agreed prices. For Autotask, ConnectWise and Halo alike.
Customer Product History
Product history is a list of products that the customer has purchased from us. This list is useful for viewing previously sold products with their prices. So you can quickly see what product the customer purchased this year or last year. No need to search through previously ordered quotes. Jira: TN-4051
Automatically un-list unavailable products
It would be great if Salesbuildr can automatically un-list unavailable products. Jira: TN-1918
Add a Notification of undelivered e-mails (audit trail and email to quote owner)
If emails do not arrive at the intended recipient ( bounce due to a typo in the email address or blocked by a spam filter, for example) we are not aware of this. We would like to receive a notification when an e-mail does not reach its final destination. Jira: TN-3186
Allow customer to upload a purchase order
Customers can approve a quote online and provide a PO number, but it would be nice if they could also upload their purchase order document there.
Add the ability to split MSP specific and 3rd party recurring services in separate lines
Can we add the ability to group the MSP specific services (vendor = MSP) into a separate line on the grand total, effectively splitting monthly recurring items into MSP specific and 3rd party recurring services Jira: TN-1631

Distributor request: Exclusive Networks (Fortinet)
Recently, an Exclusive Network portal (Fortinet) has been created. It would be nice if this portal was linked, so we have all Fortinet products. Jira: TN-5291
Page numbers in generated PDF quote
Numbering of pages would be great, preferably in the format page 1 of 5. Jira: TN-5285
Opportunities with UDF fields.
It would also be useful to be able to use UDF fields, as they are now present in AutoTask for the Opportunity Category. Jira: TN-6702
Add customer company logo as variable
It would be great to add the customer company logo as a variable that you can use on the cover page for example. This way we can personalize our quotes even more. Jira: TN-7567
Multiple Options in Pricing in Proposal, So Option 1 or 2
We use salesbuildr to create more extensive proposals. Sometimes you want to make 2 options in the quote. Option a with costs 1234, and option b with costs 2345. Now these end up at the bottom of the total. Would it be possible to create two total fields. 1 field where option 1 comes in and the other option 2. Jira: TN-5282
Make profile picture a dynamic field
I want to be able to use a dynamic field to be able to insert a different profile picture based on the logged in user. Jira: TN-5913
